Entered on May 1, 932am.  Leaving Japan tonight Day 9 Thursday, April 27 Got up ready for the next God-venture. Catched train from Omura Station to Uramaki station near tourist attractions.  Got 2 free bentos from hotel (not sure they were for us..but all G...lol!) Good morning Nagasaki View from Omura Station Nagasaki hotel Free but not free breakfast bento..oops..lol Uramaki Station - near museum and 1 legged tori Nagasaki - the 2nd location of the 1945 atomic bomb tragedy.  Wars are so tragic, yes this act of war ended the war of the current time, but the enemies war(satan), not of flesh and blood, on humanity has continued on for the last 78 years since the end of World war 2.   Oppression, depression, suicide, homicide, genocide, identification issues, addiction, deceit and ultimate desctruction of the human race continues to occur daily and its not just because of an atomic bomb. Hitomi and I visited Hiromishima in 2019 and now 4 years later we are h...

Wow, wow....continued wow! Today is Saturday April 29, in Kinshicho for the next few days till we leave.  Hope you have enjoyed this journey with us.  God has been so faithful, present and glorified. Aloha God aloha People! Day 7 Tuesday, April 25 We leave Sendai (but will return on Friday) to make our way down to Ueno.  Shinkansen #7, about 1.5 hours to the epicenter of Japan, Tokyo area.  Tokyo is made up of so many bustling and busy areas all connected by train stations...thousands and thousands if not hundred of thousands of people all in different areas of Tokyo (like Uneo, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, etc)...its definitely not like the places we have been up in the North.    Smiles in front of Ueno station We have this down time(lol..if you want to call it that) because our team is on it's way to Busan Korea and we not on the ship with them. So we wanted to do a couple things before we meet them in Nagasaki.   1) get some rest (sort o...

1200pm Tuesday – April 26 Day 7 Heading down to Tokyo (via Ueno) from Sendai Wow…that’s a all I can keep saying to myself is wow.  It has been such a surreal but real time on this journey that Hitomi and I got invited to almost 7 months ago.  We had a de-brief on Sunday while in Aomori (day 6 Sunday 4/24) and we are so blessed to be traveling with a great group of people.  All gifted and talented, called, anointed and appointed in their own way for the Lord and their main purpose is in line with the greatest commandment given by Jesus – Love God and Love people.  Just WOW!!! On Saturday, April 23 day 4 we left the group in Miyako to make our way North to Aomori.  Aomori is the farthest north we will be on this trip. It is almost the most northern part of Honshu island (main island of Japan) and it is the closest to Hokkaido island and only a shinkansen a way to Hakodate (a city south of Sapporo).  We caught our shinkansen to Aomori and got in at a...

Day 3 & 4 recap

Image
Sunday April 23, 657am 1 word can describe what I am feeling this morning as we are in Aomori.  GRATEFULLNESS! On Friday AM, we met our Ekklesia ohana at Hitachinaka Seaside park.  Hitomi and I trained it from Mito train station to Katsuta train station and then bussed it to the park.  It was the first night on the ship for our ohana and they had a blast and it was so good to hang with them for our first full port day excursion.   Hitachinaka Seaside park is set near the port and when we climbed to the top of Miharashi hill we had views of the port on one side and the beautfiul blooming Nemophilia "baby blue eye flowers" on the other side over looking the Hitachinaka port.  It was a great time of worshiping the Lord with our friends and it was a beautiful hot day (we all got sunburned..lol).   HItachniaka blooms (1 of many) Nemophilia (blue eyes) Da kanaka in red with all blue around Hitachinaka port in view with ship to right and nuclear po...

Thursday April  20, 2023 Yokohama to Mito (HItachinaka) Got to see our 808 friends before they jumped on the Princess Cruise ship and was blessed to hug and fellowship with them before our next stop - Mito. We got a chance to grab lunch with Chad in Yokohama as he had to come down to his workplace for the day.   Blessed to see him for bit on our first full day here in Japan.  Gyu Tonkatsu was ono! Hitomi and I then got on our 2 shinkansen train ride thru Tokyo Staion and then to Mito (about 1 hour & 50 minute total train ride).   Our hotel in Mito is on the banks of Sakura river and we were able to see a few remainng Sakura blooming. Part of our vacation is a mission trip to bless the land and the people we meet.  Hitomi was able to blow her pu (conch shell) from a bridge over the Sakura River facing towards the Pacific ocean.  We are brining peace and blessings from the 808 to land of the rising Son.  Was pretty cool. We finished up our ...

Prepairing for Japan 2023

Monday, April 17, 2023  Aloha ohana! In late September 2022, Hitomi and I were invited to join some very good friends to be part of a boat cruise around Honshu island (main island) of Japan.  Initially, we said we were so busy with items happening in 2023 that we probaly would not be able to go even though we would love to go.  It's funny how God works...Hitomi and I talked and we realized that we did not even pray on the opportunity and the "why" behind going on the trip...boy were we convicted real easy..lol! Within a week or so we committed to go on this 9 day boat cruise with 7 ports (including Pusan Korea).  However within a week or 2 after that, we were notified that Hitomi and I could not go on the cruise due to required health protocols.  So we sat in a little bit of disappointment and felt that the Lord had closed the door on this ministry vacation opportunity.  Within a few days, independent of each other, we both felt the Holy Spirit tell us to g...
